eCOGRA, a London-based leading provider of igaming testing, inspection, and certification services, has received regulatory approval to expand its operations across several markets in the US and Latin America. The company is now authorised to offer its services in the US states of Arizona and Indiana, as well as in Panama.
In these regions, eCOGRA can conduct independent compliance audits and certification services for igaming companies. This move is part of the company’s strategy to support its growing portfolio of clients in their global expansion plans.
New licences in key markets
In Arizona, eCOGRA has been licensed as an Event Wagering Ancillary Supplier, allowing the company to audit event wagering licencees in accordance with the state’s regulations. Meanwhile, in Indiana, eCOGRA has been authorised to perform regulatory compliance audits to help operators meet the state’s licensing requirements.
In Panama, eCOGRA has been recognised as an Authorised Entity for Compliance Certification by the country’s Board of Gaming Control, specifically for slot machines and gaming software. This will assist operators in meeting the compliance standards of the Latin American igaming market.
Commitment to quality and accountability
“Our recent approvals in Indiana, Arizona, and Panama underline our dedication to continually expand our offering, to support our growing portfolio of clients with their global growth plans,” said Will Shuckburgh, Group CEO of eCOGRA.
“We are committed to ensuring that we bring the same quality, speed and service that marks us out to both our clients and regulators in these dynamic markets.”
Bradley Khoury, Chief Technology Officer at eCOGRA, said, “Securing licensure as an Event Wagering Ancillary Supplier in Arizona and an Authorised Entity in Panama underscores our dedication to supporting responsible and sustainable igaming operations. We are committed to driving trust and accountability within the industry by providing compliance solutions that uphold the highest standards.”
Global expansion
Globally, eCOGRA is now licensed in 45 jurisdictions. Earlier this year, the company received approval to operate in Brazil, marking another milestone in its expansion. The company is also focused on increasing its presence in the Americas, with the opening of a new office in Denver and the appointment of a US-based director of compliance earlier this year.
